The PlayStation 3 (PS3) is a home video game console developed by Sony Computer Entertainment. when the ps3 got released everybody was hyped because this was the first platform that Sony has created where you could go online and meet others. this was a huge hit. Xbox 360 had online but the main thing about ps3 it was free. this allowed users to play online and not pay unlike the Xbox. this made players want to play on Sony systems. also a new feature that got added to PlayStation 3 was that they could now play blue rays. the PlayStation did that well they brought a new model out of it called the slim, this came out with new hard drive. instead of 130gb memory they made a 500 and 1 Tb. this allowed users to install more games on there console and play different games. GTA IV was a big seller on the ps3, it allowed others to play together and race to the max.
