One of the issues noted is that you are granting them a perpetual, royalty-free license to use and distribute your DNA however they see fit with any currently existing or future technology.

The terms have since changed to give customers the option of having their DNA and data destroyed from their database, although they cannot remove it from studies already completed or currently underway.
