9 marzo 1989 anni - Intersectionality in Black Feminism Introduced
Descrizione:
The term was first introduced by Kimberle Williams Crenshaw. Intersectionality's defined as "a theoretical framework for understanding how aspects of one's social and political identities (e.g., gender, race, class, sexuality, disability, etc.) might combine to create unique modes of discrimination" This is an important term to understand due to its ability to separate sources of oppression and allow victims to be treated for all of them instead of just one. A video hs been attached to explain the basics to develop a better understanding of this term.
