2 ore 20 min, 20 nov 1917 anni - An offensive battle led by Britain at Cambrai, France resulted in the first large-scale use of tanks. As a result the British forces easily went through the German forces, and took thousands of prisoners. Bad weather stopped the British from securing a victory due to reinforcements not being able to take advantage of the breakthrough. The British were then pushed back to their original positions.
