Date June 05, 2018 Went to UAB ER for trouble breathing, chest pains. ER administered Breathing Treatments through Nebulizer, prescribed albuterol and medication.
Toni Assistant manager called my cell while on breathing machine screaming at me over the phone concerning how they have 300 units they have to fix, stating " when you get out of the hospital call the work order in again. I called Toni, manager after I returned home, she stated it's too late now. After which, I reinterated my need to have email correspondance to avoid behavior such as this, it only caused my chest pains to increase. Called Toni, stated that apartment is uninhabitable and social service agency's are looking at the condition of the apartment, requested statement of amount due to take to JCCEO told me to come in June 7th 2018 to get late notice.
