One of the rebel cells was in the village of Ryazan. She was led by a strong householder Polikarp Sinaevsky. On March 1, having received news of the uprising in Tarmakla, Sinaevsky began active actions, as a result of which peasants of the villages of Vyatskaya-1 , Vyatskaya-2 [1] and other settlements revolted . Ryazan became the center and place of concentration of rebel forces (up to 500 people) in the western and northern parts of Muromtsevsky district. The rebellion headquarters, established in the village of Ryazan, took over the leadership of the uprising. It includes Polycarp Sinaevsky, Illarion Solomatov and former Menshevik Ernest Guppelts, who participated in the Partisan movement during the Civil War in the rear of the White Eastern Front. Solomatov and Guppelts led military operations, and Sinaevsky - economic affairs.
