Ms Whyte advised that she had only just taken up her post and had not been able to assess the legal position as at that date, and had no access to the e-mails and correspondence files of her predecessor. She indicated that she would consider the concerns raised and “to provide the feedback ... requested” but asked for more time to review the relevant material
