Partial abortion is a medical procedure to remove fetuses from the womb" involves removing the fetus intact by dilating a pregnant woman's cervix, then pulling the entire body out through the birth canal.

It is significant because of its a huge step back for pro-choice advocates. It also a step back for doctors who do this procedure, and the women who want to get the abortions
