Descrizione:

In a speech to the American people, Kennedy revealed the existence of Soviet missiles in Cuba, declaring DEFCON 3.
He announced the blockade that had been ordered the previous day on Cuba (completely quarantining the islands with ships ordered to fire on any that approached) . He warned that anyone who broke the quarantine would face serious consequences - including military action.
