- spoke with the courts clerks and was told the police officer would be called upon pertaining to my presence at the counter and that the judge mentioned was no longer at the Forest Hill municipal court.

- Spoke with two officers pertaining to the officer thought to be the chief of police and gave them my information in regards to the said officers and the judge mentioned pertaining to my crimes.

- spoke with the operator pertaining to an officer thought to be the chief of police about his where-a-about pertaining to falsely given information about a judge in regards to my crimes and was told the officer was unavailable.

- Spoke to two citizens patrol officers about the officer thought to be the chief of police and was told the officer's cruiser was not around therefore stating the officer was not present.

- Spoke to two officers later one female, white and blond and the other male, white and bold who was later identified as the chief of police and not the other officer who was later identified pertaining to falsely given information. I was told the officer would be on duty on the forth coming days on Wednesday of that week.

- Therefore they knowingly knew I wrongly perceived the officer pertaining to the wrongly issued and misleading information.
