Bill Chilcote first came to Melbourne, which is also where he set up his first take away shop.

Bill introduced lots of Mexican food, for example tacos, enchiladas, taquitos, frijoles, rices, slow cooked meat dishes, guacamole, salsa, fajitas and lots more.
