The foreign intervention for Russia was organized in 1922. Japan, Britain and the US organized this intervention because they wanted to redo the Eastern Front after the Russian Government collapse. The campaign was called the Polar Bear Expedition. All the countries worked together to try and restore Russia's government but it mostly turned out in war. This is important because it shows how corrupt their economy is so they need help from their enemies.
