Lenin returns from exile in April of 1900. Lenin got jailed for one year and sent to Siberia for 3 because he formed a Marxist Group to go against the capital. When Lenin came back to Russia he wrote a pamphlet which said that only certain russian citizens can bring back the goodness in Russia. He then visited other Russian Marxist Parties and then months later he created the Russian Social-Democratic Workers’ Party. Lenin coming back to Russia is very important because without him the RSDWP wouldn't have been created.
