The Treaty of Paris, signed February 10th 1763, Marked the official end of the Seven Years War. In this treaty the British received Cape Breton Island, Canada, and Florida. The French were allowe to keep their fishing rights in Newfoundland, they also received trading centres in India, a slaving station in Senegal, and 2 small islands off the atlantic coast of Canada called Saint Pierre, and Miquelon.
