50 years ago there was a super soldier program started called M.E.T.A. which was used to create super humans. the project was scrapped when few results were made. they let the unharmed test subjects into the world but with unknown consequences. The children of the test subjects gained super human abilities. these people referred to as metas live in harmony with humans, however some just want to rule over others...
In the Year 2010 there was a meta named Sam Willis who was imprisoned by the M.E.T.A. program, however he escaped soon after. Willis saw what was being done so he started a radical group of metas called the Resistance to fight against the government and to declare meta superiority to the world.
In 2011, The M.E.T.A. program recruited 6 Military personnel metas to recruit in catching and containing the resistance. Each of the members recruited were given code names as well as the resistance members. The members of the M.E.T.A. team were-

The M.E.T.A. instructor named Sergeant Perry instructed on their task to track down the Resistance an its leader Sam Willis code named "Prodigy" and bring him down. during their mission they track down Prodigy and his plans. on the way they encounter resistance metas who they fight.
The M.E.T.A. team eventually discovers Prodigy's plan to destroy the Metropolitan Museum as a symbol of meta superiority over human history.
The M.E.T.A. team eventually finds the location of the Resistance headquarters in an abandoned warehouse in the outskirts of New York. There the M.E.T.A. team fights the resistance members. however this was a trap to gain the attention of Crypt. Prodigy lured Crypt and told him that the bomb only works with the energy of Crypt. Prodigy's plan was to find enough energy to detonate a bomb he was making to destroy the met, but when he found out about Crypt's powers, he knew what he had to do. Prodigy tried to convince Crypt to help him at the met with the bomb, and that the mission relies only on crypt to succeed. so Prodigy gave crypt the choice on whether to fulfill the mission for the resistance or to help the M.E.T.A. team. Prodigy explained the atrocities that the government did to his kind and what they will do to the M.E.T.A. team once they're done. Crypt is conflicted and leaves prodigy alive and goes back to his team which have been fighting. The M.E.T.A. team beats one of the resistance members named code name HammerHand.
The M.E.T.A. team finds out when the resistance is planning on destroying the met and hurries to stop it. The M.E.T.A. team arrives at the met to find the resistance has already arrived. The resistance members include-

Dilan Fox---Quake
Hal Brooks---Slate
There is a battle between the M.E.T.A. team and the Resistance. The M.E.T.A. team tries to stop prodigy from detonating a bomb. Crypt however gets lured to prodigy once more to power and detonate the bomb. Crypt still conflicted accepts the task and starts using his energy to power the bomb. Prodigy leaves while the M.E.T.A. team continues to fight. Force eventually finds crypt powering the Bomb and they fight. Crypt in a last ditch effort tries to detonate the bomb. Force covers himself over the bomb to prevent anyone from getting hurt by using his force field. The bomb detonates but the met is saved due to force taking the impact however he is knocked out due to the energy. Crypt escapes along with Prodigy however Screech and Wildman die and Quake, pulse, and Slate get captured by M.E.T.A.
This event marks the first public appearance by the metas. This battle creates a distaste for metas in the public eye but starts a new age with the M.E.T.A. program and the new M.E.T.A. Team.
With the new negative meta opinion, Prodigy and Crypt's Resistance gains new traction by discriminated metas...
