Lena's housemate and friend come to see her at the hospital and inform her of the housing situation. The owner had debt which was due 3 months ago. He has not informed the students tenants of it even though he never failed to come to collect their rents. He ran away in the middle of the night. Every body has to vacate the house by the end of the week.
