We created a new rule "Holiday Trading Units" to support clients's segmentation needs.
- when uploading members' file, write the word 'none' in the column 'Holiday Trading Units' for all users you'd like to segment;
- use the rule in the product setup /RM -> SmartPay -> Administer -> Holiday Trading -> Manage -> last step Segmentation -> enable segmentation, create new segment "Holiday Trading Unit is not 3"/
