People from "Middle Voice" came to visit the freshman MUSEs in 2017 towards the end of the semester. The discussion was mainly based around politics, and gender. We discussed the current presidency as well as our feelings towards what is currently going on with gender, sexuality, and politics. We then made a creative work of our own. We tried to do a song, but most people did poems. It was a very enlightening conversation. Middle Voice itself is an apprentice theatre company. They are a part of Rattlestick Playwrights and encouraged us to consider joining at the end. It combines the study of gender, and sexuality with the expression of theatre.
