Instead of getting a ride to school from my father, I decided to take the bus instead and noticed a lot more people on my bus than usual. Instead of driving to school and increasing pollution, more and more people are taking the bus and this is another example of how globalization has impacted the environment. Taking the bus is a cheaper alternative to driving to work/school and is becoming more and more popular as more routes are being added and prices remain cheap (not taxed).
