Leprosy is possibly the oldest disease considering that it is mentioned in ancient Egyptian and biblical times. It is Scientifically known as Microbacterium Laprae.

95% of all people are naturally immune to Leprosy but for the 5% that aren't, it has the potential to be a debilitating disease.

It was discovered that Armadillos are a zoonotic carrier of the disease and if you are not immune to leprosy innately then you would be at a large risk of contracting it if consistent contact is made with Armadillos.

In 1946 The American Government experimented on the people of Guatemala by intentionally infecting them with Syphilis without their consent. The US infected more than 5000 Guatemalans.

Symptoms include; grotesque lesions on the skin known as Cafe au lait, fever, rash and weakness from nerve damage.
