Alfonso called while I was at work, still working for WIC, stating he was committing suicide. He stated he had taken a handful of pills as well as cutting himself , that he could feel himself dying . He wanted me to tell the children he was sorry . Being as I was at work I had my supervisor help me go to the breakroom and use an office phone to call 911, penis he's the father of my children I could not stand by and do nothing in this situation . His Sister also called me, Alexandra, who stated he had called her as well. After about 20 minutes or so he called me back mad that I told the sister I was calling 911 and he started to scream at me calling me a bunch of names and threatened me for trying to help him . When the sheriff found him he denied everything . Although he did send me a picture of his cuts on his forearm by text.
