Catholic Reformation marks the point in history in which the church recognized that some changes needed to be made. The Catholic Church took into mind Martin Luther's 95 theses, but accepted very few of the changes he suggested. This was significant because it was the first point in history in which the Catholic saw errors in the way they functioned.
