Descrizione:

Dred Scott was slave who tried to plead his freedom in court. The case rose to the level of Supreme court and eventually is one of the most famoust U.S. Supreme Court cases. The ruling of this cases stated that slaves were not citizens, therefore slaves had not rights of United States' citizen established in the Bill of RIghts.
