Greetings Kristen, Lindsay, Mike, and Tim,

I hope all is well.

I am writing to follow up on the conversation that began a few months ago about how to bring the challenges that occurred between myself and the T-Group Leadership and Community to a place of healing and resolve.

Here is the Mediation Agreement for review:

It was co-authored by myself and other members of the T-Group Community. In addition, a handful of community members edited this document and gave feedback before final submission, to ensure it included everything we felt necessary for a thorough and loving process.

I look forward to your response.

My request would be to hear back from all of you by November 1st, with any proposed alterations and/or your approval of this document as is.

I have reached out to the City of Boulder’s Mediation Services Center, and they have agreed to offer services to us at a very reduced rate - details within the Agreement.

Once we have all approved of the document we can go ahead and start scheduling the mediation sessions with the City of Boulder.

I look forward to this healing process with all of you.
