Hello Everyone.
After careful consideration, we have decided to remove a member from this Facebook page and have asked him not to attend T-group for the foreseeable future. This is the first time we have had to take this step with a T-group community member, and it was not a decision we made quickly or lightly. In honor of his privacy, we are not publishing his name on this post and we request no one name him in the comments either.

We have had complaints that he was not respecting hosts' requests and boundaries. We have had complaints that people felt unsafe around him and have stopped coming to T-group because he might be there. And there have been additional boundary crossings that we have been asked not to discuss publicly.
In response to these complaints, we have had an in person meeting and extensive Facebook chats with him. As a leadership team, we gave him a very clear boundary: Respect the hosts, honor boundaries, and behave in the community according to the T-group spirit and guidelines. Since then, he has continued to confront individuals who have clearly asked for space and continued to violate boundaries.
If hosts cannot trust that everyone will treat their house with respect, they will not invite us into their homes anymore. If members put up boundaries and ask not to be approached for fear of their personal safety and that boundary is not respected, we have no safe container and our community withers.

We on the leadership team volunteer our time in this role because of our deep love for the community, passion for, and commitment to the practice. We have made this decision in what we feel is in the best interest of the community. We are open to hearing impact on the community of this decision.
