民國53年起，每年第一期作灌溉前由水利局召開分水協調會議，研商解決雲林水利會濁幹線雜作與本會水稻用水交換使用方案，並每年一期作均由水利局(自87年起改由水利處中區水資源局主政)組成濁水溪配水隊，依分水協訂比率及用水交換案之原則執行分水業務。(資料來源：彰化農田水利會會誌|民國89年12月)
