Descrizione:

當時灌區分屬北斗、八堡、南投、嘉南等水利委員會灌區，改組後改隸彰化、雲林兩水利會，歷經60年迄未修訂。期間除灌溉面積的消長，並經興建斗六大圳及霧社水庫，河川水源及灌溉地均有變更，該分水協訂無法符合實際。(資料來源：彰化農田水利會會誌|民國89年12月)
