Papias, Bishop of Hierapolis, wrote his magnus opus "Expositions of the Lord" possibly withing a decade or so of 130 AD, based on the things he mentions and people he knows (such as Polycarp and Irenaeus saying that he knew the Apostle John) which helps to pin down a date range.
