"That is why I was with Grey on May 25, 2018. We met at a local Tanerbian bar. After a few drinks, Grey said that they needed to go back to one of the stores. Grey said it “would be good for the revolution.” When we arrived at the store, Grey went in and told me to stay in the car. Almost immediately, I heard shots fired. Not wanting to blow my cover, I made an anonymous call to 911 and backed the car into an alley so nobody would see me. Shortly thereafter, a police car arrived, and the defendant, Officer Nat Hart, got out of the car and went into the building. Several minutes later, I saw Hart escort Grey out of the building in handcuffs and put Grey in the back of the cruiser."
