1 gen 1763 anni - 1763 Turning Point-Colonial-British Relations
Descrizione:
1. Colonists disagreed with the British government's decision on restricting settlement with the Proclamation of 1763. Many internal colonial governments resisted the law.
2. The British government decided after the French and Indian war that they needed to hold tighter control over the colonies. Therefore, they
enacted many new laws to control commerce, and to an extent government, in the colonies after 1763. They also began taxing the colonies harshly to make them pay for the war they seemed to have not wholly participated in.
