The invention of the printing press helped everyone because the printing press was faster the other ways people could print book and spread ideas quickly. The protestant reformation may not have happened on such a large scale if people like Luther couldn't print books rebuking the Catholic Church as fast as they did, people would have quickly lost interest in his ideas. the printing press helped many reformations and ideas spread through out time.
