In 2017, KeyBank retained The Hayner Hoyt Corporation as a regional construction manager/general contractor to lead the rebranding efforts in Rochester, Central New York, and the Greater Philadelphia, PA area, converting almost 30 old First Niagara branches into KeyBanks. We worked on an additional 24 branches in 2018. Projects were sequenced to maximize the client’s buying power based on geographic location and the level of renovation needed. It’s important to note that none of the branches closed during renovation.
