Descrizione:

The sugar act was a tax on sugar, coffee, tea, wine, and other imports. Also, it was a law that tried to contain smuggling of sugar and molasses in the colonies by making the previous tax rate decrease,and apply a collections of duties. After all, the sugar act arrived in the colonies at a time of economic deppression.
