The first event of the 1905 revolution. A peaceful group of protesters when 130 people were shot and killed in front of the Tasr's winter palace. This demonstrated the incompetence of the tsarist regime and how poorly they deal with situations. Many people were beginning to join revolutionary groups to overthrow the current regime.
