Descrizione:

- December 15th, 1965
- The Administrator sends a secret messenger to the BLU Soldier's hidden apartment. Soldier reluctantly opens the door and points a shotgun at the messenger.
- The Administrator speaks to Soldier through a miniature television strapped to the messenger's chest and tries to convince him that RED Demo agreed to kill him. Soldier swears that he will never betray his best friend, no matter what he has said and declines the offer.
- Using a text-to-speech program The Administrator pretends that Demo had been referring to Soldier as a 'civilian'. This ultimately gets Soldier to agree to killing Demo.
