6 feb 66 anni - The Jews revolt against Roman rule
Descrizione:
Jews launch the Great Revolt against their Roman rulers, which becomes one of the great tragedies of the Jewish tradition. The Jews revel in response to years of cruelty by Roman rulers, and the rebolt culminates in a siege of Jerusalem. In 70 the Romans breach the walls of Jerusalem, destory the second Temple, and kill an estimated one million Jews as they reassert authority. A second revolt in 132 CE results in the Jews being banned from Jerusalem
