Catal Huyuk took over Turkey by building brick houses really close together. They would keep building until they have a lot of land.
They needed houses to live in and store all there stuff in. The advantage of having a brick house during storms they wouldn’t freeze. Another advantage was if they used wood it could root but the brick would not root.
