This day was when I moved to the United States. It was a major change in my life because I had never gone anywhere outside of Nepal. Moving to the other side of the world was a crazy thought, it was also very terrifying. My parents, my sister, and I moved here for a better education for my sister and I and we left our all of our relatives in Nepal. Even though we do call each other and talk, it is not the same as being there and enjoying Nepal. This new place which I had no clue about was interesting and weird. For the first two months, we lived with our cousin and later moved into an apartment. Without and friends, without a job, without anything, we lived alone and it was just us four. Eventually we found more Nepali's in our community and felt better about moving.
