13 sett 1972 anni - Documentation of KKK's Institutional Affiliations

Descrizione:

"The research of William Calderwood demonstrates that it was common for Protestant ministers in Saskatchewan to be active in the Klan, and that their congregations were aware of this and untroubled (Calderwood 1972 in Valverde 2008: 80). Moose Jaw's Ku Klux Klan financially supported a wing of a hospital, which boasted a plaque celebrating 'Law and Order, Separation of Church and State, Freedom of Speech and Press, [and] White Supremacy' (Mathieu 2010: 169)."
