Tate snorts Adderall, goes to Larry Harvey's work office, douses him with gasoline, and lights him on fire. Afterward, he takes several guns to school and kills 15 classmates, injuring several others, including the librarian, Mr. Carmichael.
Tate escapes the school, returning home, where a SWAT team shoots him after he mimes shooting himself in the head and reaches for a pistol.
