The volunteer characters are on a hunting and/or exploring expedition. In the far northeast, not too far west of the river and near to the waterfall, they discover the remains of a collection of buildings. While these buildings are more primitive and smaller in number, it is clear they were also a village. They have severely disintegrated and are overrun with plant life. Nothing can be salvaged. Behind one of the buildings and underneath copious vines, the characters will find FIVE BRAND-NEW CRATES. On the lid of each crate will be the flame insignia stenciled in paint in one of the five scrub colors -- One crate for each color. Inside each crate will be an assortment of primitive weapons, some new and some used:

NAVY BLUE
1 wooden bow, new
5 arrows, new
3 snares, 1 broken
1 harpoon, wooden and bone, new

RED
1 large axe, new and well-sharpened
1 slingshot, cracked cup
2 wooden spears, well-used
1 large wooden club, lightly used

BLACK
1 sling, frayed
1 wooden bow, warped, no string
1 stone hand axe
1 wooden boomerang, lightly used

LIGHT GRAY
1 wooden blow gun, lightly used
10 blowgun darts, new
1 wooden spear, new
1 wooden bow, used but serviceable
3 arrows, 2 used, 1 broken
1 sling, worn

HUNTER GREEN
1 slingshot, new
1 wooden bow, lightly used
6 arrows, new
1 harpoon, wooden and bone, lightly used
1 bolas, leather and stone, well used
