CX CoE met with Forest Service CIO Don Modder in the Yates Building to explore a Voice of the Customer project with Forest Service.

Mr. Modder found some value in the idea but felt it would fit better with the Office of Communications.

Don sent introductions to the Tina Terrell, Forest Service Acting Associate Deputy Chief, Business Operations and Michiko Martin, Acting Director of Recreation, Heritage, and Volunteer Resources.
