CX CoE met with Julie Nygard, Forest Service Branch Chief for Performance Management, in Whitten building.

Julie briefed the team about her participation in GSA’s Better Government Movement training program.

Julie set up an introduction with Caleb O’Kray, Forest Service National Policy Reform Coordinator, to discuss Forest Service’s Environmental Analysis and Decision Making (EADM) change efforts and a partnership with the CX CoE to explore how Voice of the Customer practices might help.

CX CoE shared the Farm Loan Journey Map with Caleb.
