Only 2 Nations benefited from World War II, The United States, and China. Both were turned World Power by the end of the War due to their strategy of Waiting out the war.

America - America took time to work out it's Depression and trained large amounts of soldiers as they planned to intervene in the war. After engaging in trades with china, there were huge surpluses of equipment and civilian goods in America. No civilian lives were lost and overall soldier casualties were low due to low war participation.
