In the late 2050’s, NASA has become more of a space tourism agency more than anything else, as (with the help of private space companies) it has perfected the commercial spaceship, giving the average american a trip to the moon and back for as low as $13’000, or a trip to mars and back for $27’000 (Trips to the moon would not last long considering the over-militarized zones).
