The hearing is a preliminary injunction hearing and will be kind of like a mini-trial, where the parties cross-examine each other’s expert witnesses. Our guess is that TOP and Faith in Texas will probably be doing some organizing around it since they’re plaintiffs in the case (although their claims are not going to be before the court on the 10th).
