The deposition of Whitney H was conducted remotely and ‘attended’ by both Johnny Depp and Amber Heard. As Whitney provided a live testimony in person at the Virginia Trial her deposition video has never been published.

The allocated deposition time of one full day was not completed as Whitney claimed to be feeling unwell (she was heavily pregnant at the time). To the knowledge of THE JDC the missing time was never made up at a later date.
