The rules and system of the 5th Inostropian republic were now all summerized and brang on paper. The new consitution is a changed form of the one of the 4th inostropian republic which became invalid after the 5th was founded. It was the work of the prime minister InfinityZoom187 and Consul De Kokkies in order to optimize the consitution and after a long discussion, mainly about which cities and villages the constitution should protect (result: capital city and all villages) it became valid for the whole state
