张公谨（？－632年10月9日），字公谨，唐初名臣、凌烟阁二十四功臣之一。隋末归附李渊，辅佐李世民征战诸方、筹谋政事，立下赫赫战功。为人忠厚谨慎，历任兵部尚书等要职，死后追赠太尉、封郯国公，陪葬昭陵，受到李世民高度敬重。
