Recovery of Diplomatic relations with the Allies - Germany was admitted to the League of Nations in September 1926 after the Locarno Treaties of December 1925. The Locarno Treaties also guaranteed German security as Britain, France, and Germany pledged peaceful dispute settlement
Economic Recovery - The Dawes Plan gave a loan of 800 million marks to Germany, allowing the end of the Ruhr occupation and triggered more short term foreign investment. Between 1924 and 1929, industrial production rose by nearly 50% and Germany's share of world trade exceeded pre-war levels.
